His Excellency, the Most Reverend Scott McCaig, CC, Bishop-Ordinary of the Roman Catholic Military Ordinariate of Canada, is pleased to invite all Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, their families, and interested members of the public to a Solemn Mass of Remembrance for the Fallen that he will preside at Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica, 385 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario on 11th November 2025 at 0830 a.m. (EDT). This memorial Mass is offered for the eternal rest of all persons who, throughout the generations, have died in the service of Canada in times of war, armed conflict and peace. The Cathedral Basilica’s proximity to Canada’s National War Memorial (approx. 800 metres) will allow participants the possibility of attending the National Remembrance Day Ceremony following the conclusion of the Mass. As well, immediately following the conclusion of Mass, a relic of Saint Martin of Tours will be displayed for silent veneration.
Please join us in honoring and praying for our fallen and in celebrating our patronal feast day either in person or virtually at the following link: https://rcmilord-ordmilcr.com/
