Fr. Dinko Kalmar

Fr. Dinko Kalmar was born on November 7, 1971, in Oriovac, Croatia. He attended primary and high school in the city of Slavonski Brod. After the high school graduation, he served one year of compulsory military service, and then started his college education at Catholic Faculty of Theology in Đakovo. He graduated in 1997 and was ordained a priest on June 29, 1997, in Đakovo by bishop Marin Srakić. 

 

He served as a parish vicar for two years, and then in several parishes of former Đakovo-Srijem Diocese and later Đakovo-Osijek Archdiocese. 

On September 1, 2016, he was appointed a parish priest in Croatian Parish of St. Leopold Mandić in Ottawa-Cornwall Archdiocese.
